Every Formula V kit is designed by Dr. Vindhya Pai, a practising dermatologist with over 19 years of experience. The same principles she uses to guide her patients in the clinic shape each routine.
Our kits are beginner friendly and are designed for individuals aged 12 and above with mild to moderate skin concerns like acne, pigmentation, dryness, or sensitivity.
If you have severe, painful, or cystic acne, persistent rashes, or underlying medical conditions, we recommend seeing a dermatologist in person. Formula V is not a replacement for in person medical care.
You’ll be matched after the quiz. Each kit is mapped to your skin type and concern — whether it’s acne, pigmentation, dryness, or sensitivity. You’ll also see the recommended kit on your result page before checkout.

Yes. Your skin and lifestyle can change, and so can your kit. You’ll be able to retake the quiz or adjust your routine as needed. Similarly, if Dr. Pai feels your skin is changing (either an improvement or a change brought about by weather) after starting to use the kit initially prescribed, changes will be made accordingly.
Mild adjustments are common when introducing new actives. Follow the instructions carefully and patch-test if you’re sensitive. If you experience strong reactions, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.
Yes. We offer specific kits for sensitive and reactive skin, carefully curated to strengthen your skin barrier without causing irritation.
No. Formula V is preventive, personalised skincare, not a substitute for in-clinic treatment. For complex or severe skin issues, an in-person consultation is always best.
Yes, but it depends on your current routine. During the quiz, we ask about products you’re using so we can avoid conflicts and duplication. If you’re unsure, follow the instructions in your kit pamphlet or consult a dermatologist.
On average, each kit lasts about 6–8 weeks with daily use. This may vary slightly depending on how much product you use each time.
You can reorder the same kit, or retake the quiz if your skin needs have changed. Many people move from one kit to another as their skin improves or seasons shift.
That’s okay, consistency matters more than perfection. Simply resume your kit the next day. Over time, the habit of regular use makes the biggest difference.

Refunds are issued only in specific situations such as damaged deliveries, incorrect products, or cancellations made before dispatch. If your case qualifies, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within – working days.
